| The project focuses on improving teaching styles, evaluation methods, class management and organization issues through systematic co-operation, exchange and comparison between teachers of different European school systems. It also aims at experiencing new and different organization styles (e.g. “open classes”, flexible teaching, personalised teaching etc.) and at measuring the teaching efficiency of different organization models and methods in different school systems. 1) a) CONCRETE AIMS - to know and experience didactical approaches different from one’s own reality and professional experience through systematic co-operation and comparison between teachers of different European school systems - to compare different teaching methods and styles, both theoretically and practically - to experience new and different organization styles (e.g. “open classes”, flexible teaching, personalised teaching etc.) - to compare testing and evaluation methods which are different from one’s own - to find out ways and forms to verify the efficiency of different teaching methods - to measure and quantify the teaching efficiency of different organization models and methods - to plan and carry out “didactic units” finalised to pupils’ learning and school results improvement - to analyse and compare teachers’ juridical employment positions according to different legislative and contractual contexts - to analyse and compare organization issues of different school systems |
